Welcome to our Public Service segment here on Motoring Today. Last week, we highlighted a motoring concern from a pedestrian who was given a ticket for jaywalking. This week, we have insights from the Metro Manila Development Authority or MMDA regarding the said incident. Here is Mr. Bong Nebrija and this is what he has to say:
The MMDA reminds not only the drivers but also the general motoring public, including pedestrians and bikers, to always follow traffic rules to prevent oneself from being caught.
The agency adds that if you think you’re wrongly cited or something might be wrong in the process, do not hesitate to call their office and report their enforcers so the proper actions would be done.
